KWARK lets you generate images, video and audio with third-party AI models. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your content

You may only upload photos, videos and audio you own or have permission to use. You must have the consent of every person shown. Content depicting minors, nudity, real people without their consent, or intended to deceive, harass or defame is prohibited.

Credits

Credits are consumed when a generation starts and are refunded automatically if it fails. Credits have no cash value.

Templates

Templates recreate the choreography of popular videos. Music and footage rights may belong to third parties; you are responsible for how you publish results.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
